Refund policy
We aim to provide high-quality beauty tools and a smooth shopping experience for our customers across Pakistan.
🔁 Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a wrong item
- The product arrived damaged or broken
- The product is defective / not working
You must request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns for:
- Used or opened beauty tools
- Products without original packaging
- Change of mind or dislike after delivery
- Items ordered incorrectly by customer
📦 Proof Requirement (Very Important)
To process any return or refund:
✔ Clear unboxing video is required
✔ Clear images of damaged/wrong product must be provided
Without proof, we cannot approve claims.
💵 Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund is issued via bank transfer / COD adjustment
- Shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable
🔄 Exchange Option
If preferred, we can also offer:
- Product replacement instead of refund (faster option)
